PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour by automatically making ordered contracted merchandise corresponding to production ordered merchandise and automatically preparing the detailed statement of package. CONSTITUTION:First of all, ordered contract information is stored in a contract information file part 1 and next, production order information is stored in an order information file part 2. Afterwards, a contract/order correspondence table is outputted, and correspondence between contract information and the order information is checked. An information processing part 4 automatically prepares and registers package information from the ordered contract information and the production order information through a contract/constitutive equipment block. Finally, the detailed statement of the package is outputted based on the package information. Thus, without requiring any well-trained worker knowing shipping management business well, this business is carried out without fail in a short time. |
