PURPOSE:To make use of the learning information in the field related to a document to be prepared by deciding the output order of conversion candidates based on the learning information of a selected learning information file at the time of KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI (Chinese character) conversion when a proper learning information file is selected from among the learning information files. CONSTITUTION:Based on transmitted word information, a conversion processing part 4 retrieves a dictionary in a dictionary management part 5, takes out the conversion candidates for KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI (Chinese character) conversion to be sent to a conversion control part 3. The conversion control part 3 retrieves the learning information file in use in a learning information file management part 6, decides the conversion candidate output order of the conversion candidates based on the learning. The conversion control part 3 sends the conversion candidates to a display control part 7 according to the conversion candidate output order. In this case, a user decides a notation using an input device 1 when there is a required notation. Thus, the edited learning information in the same field can be used as it is. |
