<p>PURPOSE:To make information control efficient by adding various attribute data on a negotiation object person who samples memorandom records and a time series in sampling units of memorandom information. CONSTITUTION:When a consumer 110 demands the repair of equipment, etc., a supervisor 108 in charge of consumer service investigates the contents of an object base 104 stored with relative information, retrieves the contents of the memorandom information in a memorandom data base 101 in time-series order when the memorandom information is present, and passes the result as memorandom history information 11 to an engineer 109 on a business trip. The engineer on the business trip visits the consumer by referring to the memorandom history information 11 and performs the operation. The operation result and negotiation contents are recorded as memorandom information 112 and the memorandom contents are read through a scanner 107 after the engineer returns to the company. The supervisor 108 extracts only necessary parts from the inputted memorandom information and adds them to the consumer memorandom information in the memorandom data base 101. Consequently, the information control is made efficient.</p> |
