PURPOSE:To decide the closed station timing of a transaction processor in accordance with the forming state of a queue and to ensure the satisfactory service to the users by setting the extended time of a closed station based on the occurrence state of a transaction processing request on the relevant day and the statistic occurrence trend of the request. CONSTITUTION:The occurrence rate of the transaction processing on the relevant day is obtained by a transaction occurrence rate measuring means 5 and then read by the statistic occurrence rate reading means 6 and 7 as a statistic trend. Then the occurrence rate and the statistic occurrence rates obtained by the means 3 and the means 6 and 7 are inputted to the fuzzy inference means 8 and 9 as the input variables of fuzzy inference. The means 8 and 9 estimate the extended time of a closed station based on a fuzzy rule decided previously. In such a way, the extended time of the closed station is properly decided in accordance with the occurrence state of a transaction processing request. |
