The black matrix of the color CRT is produced by (a) washing the inner of the panel with a pure water and a sodium hydroxide (NaOH) soln, in order, (b) drying it by the ultraviolet lamp to sterilize the remaining microorganism, (c) disperse-wating an adhesive photoresist on the inner of the panel, (d) coating a graphite on the coated photoresist, (e) disperse-coating an etching soln. on the coated graphite to decompose the exposed photoresist, and (f) developing the removing photoresist.
