The electronical seat belt adjusting method controls the motor direction and the alarming function by using a micro- processor. The method automatically feeds the seat belt, generates the alarming sound corresponding to an abnormal state of the seat belt feeding system and prevents over current in the motor. The method comprises a step of initializing the processor of a controller (1); a step of scanning the states of a start switch (21), a door switch (17), a backward switch (19), and a speed sensor (18) after clearing a memory; a step of deciding the direction of the motor according to the setting of the correspondent memories of the switches.
