The treating agent is composed of 40-50 wt.% spindle oil, 35-45 wt.% liquid paraffin, 5-10 wt.% alkyl alkylate, 3-10 wt.% alkylaryl ethoxylate and 3-10 wt.% alkyl ether. The spindle oil of 600-700 sec viscosity comprises at least 75 wt.% paraffin component, at most 20 wt.% naphthene component and at most 5 wt.% aromatic component, and the liquid paraffin oil of 400-500 sec viscosity comprises at least 85 wt.% paraffin component, at most 12 wt.% naphthene component and at most 3 wt.% aromatic component. The agent has an excellent lubricancy, take-up ratio and heat resistance.
