In this frame, the tie rods (3) have a shoulder (7) forming a support base for the successive frames forming a stack. In order to reduce the height of the stack of frames or of the stack of lampshades fitted with frames, and in order thus to reduce the transport and storage costs for the frames and lampshade, the direction of the tie rods (3) has been altered at (7). The shoulder can be obtained by moulding a plastic or by plastic deformation of a metal wire or the equivalent. <IMAGE>
