PURPOSE:To improve a drain pump life by a method wherein it is detected that a detecting temperature and humidity are adjusted to a set temperature and humidity stored in a memory means, and periodic ON/OFF control is made on the drain pump. CONSTITUTION:An indoor temperature Ta detected by a thermistor 6 is read in a CPU 18 through an input circuit 17, and a read indoor temperature Ta'' is compared with a first set temperature ta1 set in a memory 19. In the case of Ta>=ta1, an ON time of the ON/OFF period of a drain pump 5 is lengthened. In the case of Ta<ta1, the room temperature Ta is compared with a set second set temperature ta2. In the case of ta2<=Ta<ta1, indoor humidity Tb detected by a humidity sensor 13 is read in the CPU 18 through the input circuit 17. In the case of Ta < ta2, the drain pump 5 is stopped. A difference Ta-Tb between the read indoor humidity Tb and the indoor temperature Ta is investigated, and in the case of Ta-Tb<7, an ON time of the ON/OFF period of the drain pump 5 is lengthened. In the case of Ta-Tb >=7, an ON time of the ON/OFF period of the drain pump 5 is shortened. |
