At least one capstan (2) is rotationally driven by a slow motor with high torque (3) to ensure a first winding-up of the cable (4) to be pulled into at least one winding turn and at least one drum (1) is rotationally driven by a low-torque motor (8) for the final winding-up of the said cable coming from the said capstan (2).
