摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make a connecting rod thin and reduce weight by supporting a caliper on an axle by a bearing and allowing one between two connecting rods which connect the caliper and a bogie frame according to the direction of the wheel revolution to support the caliper by the pulling force of the connecting rod. CONSTITUTION:A connecting rod 8 is arranged between a caliper 1 and a bogie frame 7, and each edge of the caliper 1 and the connecting rod 8 is connected through a rubber bush, etc., and the other edge side of the connecting rod 8 is connected with a bracket at the lateral beam of the bogie frame 7 in the similar manner, and the installation direction of the connecting rod 18 is allowed to coincide with the tangential direction of a wheel. When brake is applied, the reaction force is transmitted the bogie frame 7 by the axial force of the connecting rod 8. With this constitution, no bending moment is generated on the caliper 1 and the bogie frame 7, and the weight can be reduced by reducing the thickness of the member. Further, the supporting force is dispersed by supporting the torque reaction force by a plurality of connecting rods 8, and the bending stress of the caliper 8 in brake application can be reduced, and the weight of the caliper member can be reduced.</p>
