摘要 <p>An improved angling device operable under physically autonomous, remote control by an operator, comprising an unmanned flotation platform (4) including remotely operable propulsion and directional controls (5, 6) for selectively positioning the flotation platform (4) under the remote, physically autonomous control of the operator (2), at a desired location on a surface of a body of water associated with a fish habitat; and, downward-looking sonar means (7, 22) supported in buoyant relation on the platform (4) and operable to provide intelligible feedback to the operator (2) based on sonar-sensed signals relating to the fish habitat. The combination of the improved angling device (1) can include a terminal tackle depth control (10) supported in buoyant relation on the platform (4), for selective adjustable positioning of the terminal tackle (9) at desired depths under the remote, physically autonomous control of the operator (2).</p>
