N-alkyl and/or N-alkenylaspartic acids (I) or their salts are used are co-collectors in flotation of non-sulphidic ores. (I) contain linear or branched 2-22, pref. 8-18C alk(en)yl gps., with a OH substit. and/or an ether bridge instead of a -CH2- gp. They are used in the form of the K, ammonium or pref. Na salts. (I) are used in 20:1 to 1:20 ratio to other anionic and/or nonionic collectors, pref. tallow alkyl sulphosuccinamide (II) and/or oleic acid as anionic collector and a reaction prod. of propylene glycol glucoside with alpha-dodecane epoxide as nonionic collector. The total amt. of collector in the mixt. is 50-2000 g/t crude ore.
