SIGN BOARD FOR BURIED OBJECT IN ROAD AND ITS CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE:To simply construct a sign board for buried objects in road at a low cost in such a way as to make determination of condition of buried object easier by a method in which a sign board with displayer is attached through an adhesive to the corresponding road surface of an object to be buried in the road. CONSTITUTION:A display film 2 to display the kind of an object such as pipe and wire to bury is formed on the surface of a sign board 1, and a display 3 for the depth of the buried object X is provided on the upside or downside of the film 2. After a gas pipe 4 or water pipe 5 is buried in the ground 6, the sign board 1 tinted according to the kinds of buried objects is attached by an elastic adhesive 8 to the surface of asphalt pavement 7 by turning its arrow mark toward the buried direction. In this case, the back coated with the adhesive 8 of the board 1 is bonded to the surface of the pavement, and the surface pressed by compactor of the board 1 is coated with a transparent adhesive to protect the film 2 and the depth display.
