PURPOSE:To obtain the title cloth having excellent water repellency and adhesiveness of coating film by subjecting cloth to water-repellent treatment, removing a water repellent existing on the surface later part of the cloth and coating the cloth. CONSTITUTION:Cloth such as sheetlike woven fabric or knitted fabric comprising yarn such as polyester, wool, cotton or acetate is subjected to water-repellent treatment (preferably fluorine-based water repellent), the water repellent existing on one side or both sides of the surface layer part is removed preferably by sand blasting processing and the cloth is coated to give the objective cloth. |
