Writing implement with exchangeable cartridge - which has moving mechanism with arrester and spring affecting arrester action

The implement is for use with an exchangeable cartridge (2) with a writing tip (1). The cartridge is movable inside a casing (3), between a rest position and a writing position, in which it is fixed by an arrester (4). The cartridge has a mass element (5) to increase its inertia, and a main spring (6) which applies a force to the cartridge in the direction of the arrester. An auxiliary spring (7) acts on the arrester facing the cartridge. No part for moving the cartridge w.r.t. the casing, is located outside the latter.
