Heating and ventilation periodic changeover switching control - uses microcomputer for programmable time controlled distribution of warm air and cold air inside motor vehicle

The heating and ventilation system inside the vehicle has cool and warm air ducts with the distribution to the ducts controlled by a simple programmable controller. The programmes provide a variation of the cool and warm air with the variation w.r.t. time and spatial patterns. The occupants are subjected to a variation of cool and warm air jetstreams over different parts. This prevents discomfort from 'draughts' over prolonged periods. The system controller can be retrofitted to existing vehicles. ADVANTAGE - Improved comfort, simple installation
