In order to improve the properties of helical springs, the proposal is for a helical spring in which turns (2, 3, 4) form at least two preferably wire spring bodies (5, 17, 1, 8) surrounding a central longitudinal axis C-C of the helical spring (1), and in which the spring bodies are supported on at least one bearer (8, 9) and are at the same distance apart in each of the planes running perpendicularly to the geometrical axis or the central longitudinal axis C-C of the helical spring (1). |
