PURPOSE:To permit the removal of hemoproteins without causing deterioration by mixing an alkaline protease, sulfite salt, complex compound, specific anionic surfactant and polyoxyethylene alkyl(phenyl) ether. CONSTITUTION:A detergent composition with a pH or 8-11 is obtained by dissolving in water 0.1-10% of a detergent composition comprising 0.5-10wt.% (% hereunder) alkaline protease, 5-50% sulfite salt (e.g. Na2SO3), 3-50% complex compound (e.g. ethylenediaminetetraacetate), 3-50% at least one anionic surfactant selected from alkyl ether sulfuric acid ester salts, alkyl sulfates and alpha- sulfofatty acid ester salts, and 0.1-10% polyoxyethylene alkyl(phenyl) ether. |
