PURPOSE:To obtain a polyarylene sulfide resin composition remarkably improved in crystallization rate by adding a specific amount of a terminal epoxy group- modified silicone oil to an amino group-modified polyarylene sulfide resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition is composed of (A) 80-99.5wt.% polyarylene sulfide resin (preferably polyphenylene sulfide resin) containing amino groups in an amount of 0.01-5mol% based on phenylene sulfide units and (B) 20-0.5wt.% terminal epoxy group-modified silicone oil expressed by the formula (R1 to R4 are alkyl or aryl group; R5 and R6 are alkylene or arylene group; X1 and X2 are glycidyl, glycidyl ether, glycidyl ester, cyclic aliphatic epoxy group, etc.; n is 30-1000). Furthermore, a crystal nucleating agent (e.g. silica) in an amount of 0.05-10wt.% based on the whole weight of the composition is preferably contained. |
