The hooking components (4) are arranged in radial double rows (8) on the flat side of the pad holder (3). Those in the two single rows (10) of each double row (8) are displaced in relation to one another. The rows of hooks form rib-shaped locating surfaces for the cleaning pad (7). Each hook component consists of at least two hooks on their free end area, the ends of which are orientated in opposing radial directions. The hooks have an anchor-shaped outline, with a hook with its point in the rotary direction of the pad holder (3). Between two adjacent radially running hook component rows an intermediate row (11) is provided, likewise with a double row of hook components (4). The pad holder (3) is unintegral injection moulded part, pref. of plastics material. ADVANTAGE - Secure retention against rotary movement yet easily released after use.
