PURPOSE:To provide the optimum vulcanizing temperature while controlling the cost by heating the inside of a vulcanizing bath tube continuously or intermittently through a gas burner and jetting combustion gas from the gas burner to a space on the upper side of the vulcanizing bath. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized tube 1' which is extrusion molded out of a tube extrusion device (a) is immersed by a feeding conveyor 11 in a vulcanizing bath tube 7 to manufacture a rubber tube 1. At that time, the inside of vulcanizing bath tub 7 is heated continuously or intermittently through a gas burner 14, and combustion gas from the gas burner 14 is jetted into a space 7c in the vulcanizing bath tub 7. |
