PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of mechanical strength or the generation of weeping by eliminating the so-called resin exhaustion by superposing a tape- shape prepreg composed of a specific material and a tape-shape article one upon another and winding both of them around the outer periphery of a mandrel to laminate them and curing the formed laminate under heating. CONSTITUTION:A tape-shape prepreg composed of a large number of roving fibers impregnated with a thermosetting resin solution and a tape-shape article composed of a large number of roving fibers impregnated with a thermosetting resin solution cured at temp. lower than the curing temp. of the above mentioned resin solution are superposed one upon another. The tape-shape prepreg 30 is delivered from a winder 31 and introduced into a delivery eye 40 from below. The tape-shape article 10 is superposed on the tape-shape prepreg 30 during the passage through the delivery eye 40. For example, both of the tape-shape prepreg and the tape-shape article are helically wound around a pipe-shape mandrel 60 through a guide 50 to be laminated in a multilayer state and the formed laminate is introduced into a heating curing oven to be heated and cured at proper temp. to be finally separated from the mandrel 60. |
