PURPOSE:To easily maintain the capacity of a sucked liquid sample and to improve the work efficiency by providing a pressure adjusting means for adjusting the internal pressure of a pipet main body so as to maintain the capacity of the sample sucked into the pipet main body which motions in linkage with a manipulator. CONSTITUTION:The water pressure applied on the tip of a pipet main body 14 is reduced in accordance with the pipet main body 14 ascending in a liquid sample. The liquid sample sucked into the pipet main body 14 intends to flow out of the pipet main body 14, by the pressure change like this. In this case, a piston 25 is lifted inside a cylinder 22 with a pressure adjusting means 21 being actuated in linkage with the manipulator for moving the pipet main body 14 and the internal pressure of the pipet main body 14 being adjusted, so no flowing out of the liquid sample is caused. Namely, the internal pressure of the pipet main body 14 is reduced by the pressure adjusting means 21, the internal pressure of the pipet main body 14 and the water pressure applied at the pipet main body 14 tip while under moving are balanced, and the flowing out of the liquid sample from the pipet main body 14 is prevented. |
