PURPOSE:To obtain an air bag in which the adhesion between the elastomer resin surfaces is prevented and the superior slide between the elastomer resin surfaces is secured, by forming an embossed pattern on the resin film surface. CONSTITUTION:The plain weave is obtained by using nylon 6.6 fibers. After the refining, drying and intermediate set by the ordinary methods, the fabric is laminated with Hytrel xsi4767 by using a polyurethane group adhesive. The elastomer surface of the laminated cloth thus obtained is heated and pressed by using a rubber roll and a lattice shaped heated embossing metal roll having an embossing pattern pitch of 0.1-100mm and the groove depth of a curving roll of 0.001-5mm, and an embossed pattern is formed on the elastomer resin film surface. |
