PURPOSE:To perform stably and smoothly biaxially drawn blow molding by keeping an injection-molded preform at a specified temp. and making the temp. uniform before the biaxially drawn blow molding of the preform is performed. CONSTITUTION:A preform injection-molded in an injection molding machine is arranged in an arranging machine 1, is transferred successively to a temp. keeping oven 2 through a conveying path 4, is made uniform at a specified temp. which is higher than ordinary temp. and lower than blow molding temp. while it is passed through the temp. keeping oven 2, is heated up to a temp. at which draw effect is exhibited in a heating apparatus provided just before a blow molding machine 3 and then it is molded into a bottle by biaxially drawn blow molding in the blow molding machine 3. While the preform is passed through the temp. keeping oven 2, fluctuation of the temp. is corrected to attempt to make the temp. uniform. |
