PURPOSE:To obtain a cosmetic article usable as a lipstick or for coating both lips and nails to the same color or further exclusive use for the nails by using a felt pen based on a durable oil-based or water-based ink. CONSTITUTION:A felt pen based on a durable oil-based or water-based ink is used as a cosmetic article. That is, the aforementioned article is used as a felt pen type lipstick, a lipstick prepared by improving the felt pen or the felt pen for coating both the lips and nails with the same color or the felt pen as a manicure to use exclusively for the nails. A form such as the felt pen, or a brush pen or applying an ink contained in a bottle to a brush is used. |
