摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform a smooth and quick turn matched with a will of a driver by obtaining a steering angle data from a handle angle, and controlling a front/ rear wheel differentially adjusting mechanism, which controls torque distribution to front/rear wheels, in accordance with this steering angle data. CONSTITUTION:An output of an engine 2 is transmitted to an output shaft 8 through a torque converter 4 and an automatic transmission 6, and an output of the output shaft 8 is transmitted to a planet gear type differential gear 12 for distributing engine torque in a required condition to front and rear wheels through an intermediate gear 10. In the planet gear type differential gear 12, torque, transmitted to front and rear wheel sides, is controlled by suitably controlling to a connection condition of a hydraulic multidisc clutch 28. In a front/rear wheel torque distribution control device thus obtained, a steering angle data is obtained from a handle angle by a handle sensor 30 to control, in accordance with this steering angle data, a differentially adjusting mechanism containing a pressure control valve 56, that is, the multdisk clutch 28. In this way, adequate torque distribution of the front/rear wheels can be controlled so that a will of a driver can be reflected.</p>
