In a connecting device for cylindrical elements in the form of a clamping strip, in which the clamping strip is guided around two bolts arranged at right angles to the tension direction of the clamping strip, the regions of the clamping strip to be connected to one another are arranged overlapping one another and the bolts are connected to one another in a detachable manner by a compression clamping element. In this arrangement, the clamping strip may consist of two clamping cables or clamping belts which are arranged parallel to one another above or beneath the compression clamping element, which is preferably a compression clamping screw. Bracket elements arranged on the inside of these clamping cables or clamping belts grip over flanges arranged on the elements, in a positively locking manner. <IMAGE> |
