PURPOSE:To obtain a foam molded form, from which no burr is generated, by integrally clamping the opening side and the hinge side, turning a molding die and transposing the opening side of the molding die to an upper section. CONSTITUTION:The top force 32 of a foam-molding die 30 is opened through a hinge section 28, a foaming material 35 is injected into a cavity 34 from an injection machine 36, and a fixed quantity of a foaming material 35 is introduced and the top force 32 is closed. A bottom force 31 and the top force 32 are compressed by a clamping device composed of a clamping mechanism 21, and the foaming die 30 is rotated and transposed at 90 deg. centering around a shaft section 38 with the foaming of the foamed material and the opening side 40 is directed upward. Consequently, the foamed material 35 can discharge gas generated with a foaming reaction to the outside from the split surface 41 of the mold on the opening side. A slight clearance required for degassing is formed to a split surface 41 on the opening side as a vent section. |
