PURPOSE:To smoothly insert an article in a packing case simultaneously with an interior bag in the shape matched with that of the article by covering the outside of the packing case whose opening part is upward with the interior bag and inserting the interior bag in the packing case simultaneously with the insertion of the article. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of the seal part of an interior bag 1 is closed by a chuck 2 and the bag 1 is suspended from above in such a state that the lower part thereof is sucked and expanded by vacuum suction pads 3 to be moved to the position above a packing case 4 whose opening part is upward and a lifter 5 equipped with a piston is raised or the interior bag 1 is allowed to fall to cover the packing case 4 with the interior bag 1. Next, the article 6 sucked to the leading end of an insertion machine 7 by a vacuum pad is placed on the upper part of the interior bag 1 and vacuum is released to allow the article to fall under its own wt. to insert the article and the interior bag in the packing case or the article is sucked by the vacuum pad of the leading end of the insertion machine and lowered to be inserted in the case along with the bag. |
