<p>Said device is comprised of an adressing chamber CD which houses two membranes (M1,M2/ M3,M4/ M5,M6/ M7,M8) of high flexibility which may be provided with means for compensating the loss of elasticity. In the absence of washing liquid pressure, the two membranes (M1,M2/ M3,M4/ M5,M6/ M7,M8) close permanently, by their proper elastic action and, in their case by the action of the means of compensation for the elasticity loss, the corresponding outlets (4a, 3a) of the chamber (C, D). As a function of the rotation direction of the pump turbine, the washing liquid will cause elastic deformation of the corresponding membrane (M1,M2/ M3,M4/ M5,M6/ M7,M8), allowing the passage of washing liquid through the associated outlet line (3, 4).
