摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a picture having high luminance, and to enable high-speed printing by low energy by superposing an image-receiving sheet for thermal transfer recording, in which a metallic deposit film and an image receiving layer are laminated on a base material in the order, and an in sheet for thermal transfer recording, in which an ink layer containing a near infrared absorbent material and a thermal diffusive dye is laminated on a supporter, and heating both sheets by semiconductor laser beams. CONSTITUTION:In an image-receiving sheet for thermal transfer recording, a metallic deposit film 2 and an image receiving layer 3 are laminated on a base material 1 in the order. An ink layer is formed onto a supporter and a thermal diffusive dye, a binder and a near infrared absorbent material are contained in the ink layer as essential ingredients in an ink sheet for thermal transfer recording, and the ink sheet for thermal transfer recording and the image-receiving sheet for thermal transfer recording are superposed so that the ink layer of the former and the image receiving layer 3 of the latter are fast stuck, and irradiated with semiconductor laser beams and heated.
