PURPOSE:To prevent burr from developing and make it possible to smoothly fit to stays having the transformed shape such as curve or the like by a method wherein mold clamping is performed under the condition that the stays, on the outer periphery of each of which releasant is applied, are fitted to the stay parts, to which outer frame materials are set, of a front mold and of a rear mold, and then packing material is filled in the outer frame parts and hardened and, after that, urethane is poured in the molds and expanded. CONSTITUTION:Semi-annular outer frame material halves 3 and 3 are set to the mold stay part 2 of a front mold (top force) 1. Semi-annular outer frame material halves 3' and 3' are set to the mold stay parts 2 of a rear mold (bottom force) 4. Stays 5, on the whole periphery of each of which releasant is applied, are fitted to said halves. After that, the front mold 1 and the rear mold 4 are clamped together. After packing material such as cold setting rubber, plastic or the like is filled in gaps, each of which is made between the molds and the stay, urethane or the like is expanded. |
