PURPOSE:To form a film having soft touch feeling even to the surface of an article having irregularities and a curved surface by sticking a thermo-setting sheet under an uncured or half-cured state onto the inner surface of the recessed section of a mold, injection-molding the sheet and heating the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A thermo-setting sheet under an uncured or half-cured state mainly comprises a reactive acrylic resin having weight average molecular weight of 20000-1000000, block isocyanate and elastic beads as a composition. The sheet of at least the sticking section of an article, on which the sheet is stuck through a method, in which the sheet is fast stuck on the inner surface of the recessed section of a mold by a vacuum or pressure forming and a resin for injection molding is injected into the recessed section, etc., or sheet insert injection molding, is heated, thus curing the sheet. The thermo-setting sheet under the uncured or half-cured state can be stuck easily even in deep draw forming because it has excellent stretchability before curing, the sheet is rigid and has superior solvent resistance, durability, etc., because elastic beads are included, and a film having soft touch feeling can be formed. |
