PURPOSE:To make possible to draw out an optical fiber cable, as required, by making notches at a plurality of points in the sheath in the longitudinal direction of a conduit. CONSTITUTION:A conduit 120 is laid such that a branch 12 thereof is notched 120a at a point where a drainage pipe 13 of a building 2 is coupled with the branch 12. A winder for rewinding a building wire 8 feeds out a wire 810 provided with a hook 811 at the end thereof and then a robot for pipe inside work is operated to pass the hooked wire 810 through the drainage pipe 13 thus hooking the hook 811 at the end of the hooked wire 810 on a messenger wire 80 passed through the conduit 120. The winder is then operated to rewind the hooked wire 810 thus pulling the messenger wire 80 and the building wire 8 connected therewith into the drainage pipe 13. When the messenger wire 80 is further rewound, the building wire 8 is taken out through a private sink onto the ground. Upon finish of predetermined work, the building wire 8 is led into a building through the drainage pipe 13. |
