The device comprises partly a lock body (9) with a through hole (16) for a through screw (17) which is insertable and tightenable in a similar tapped hole (19) in the short end of the shaft pin (2), and partly a ring (13) which has a wedge-type narrowing cross-sectional shape, and arranged to be wedged firmly in a ring-shaped space between the inside of the seat and the outside of the shaft pin. The screws (17) are tightened in the tapped holes (16), with the lock body (9) being pressed in the direction towards the shaft pin gable end.
