摘要 PURPOSE:To use a band pass filter in common even when a transmission code speed differs by providing a pass band even to a frequency corresponding to an N.f0 (N is a natural number and f0 is a minimum center frequency in the pass band) CONSTITUTION:A band pass filter in the timing regeneration circuit comprising a nonlinear extraction circuit 5 multiplying an input signal to convert the signal into a signal including a clock component of a fundamental frequency, the band pass filter 6 extracting only a clock component from an output signal of the nonlinear extraction circuit 5 and a limiter amplifier circuit 7 amplifying the clock signal extracted by the band pass filter up to a prescribed amplitude level has a pass band also for a frequency corresponding to an N.f0 (N is a natural number and f0 is a minimum center frequency in the pass band). Thus, the band pass filter 6 extracts the clock component of a frequency being a multiple of N of the fundamental frequency f0. Thus, even when a transmission code speed differs, the band pass filter 6 is used in common without modification of the filter.
