<p>PURPOSE:To conduct a wire extension work efficiently by detecting, through a receiver body provided at a metal wheel, the access to said metal wheel of an oscillator fitted to a wire in the position advanced by a specified distance in the direction of wire extension from a protector-fitting part. CONSTITUTION:The length of a wire 3 drawn out in the A direction from a wire drum D is read by a line length meter 4, and which protector 1; comes close to the metal wheel 2; of which steel tower 5; is predicted roughly. In the position advanced by a specified distance in the direction of wire extension from the region where said protector 1; is fitted to the wire 3, a magnetism generator 7 as a transmitter is fitted to the wire 3. Also, the frame 11 of said metal wheel 2 is fitted with a magnetic limit switch 8 as a receiving body. When said magnetism generator 7 comes close to a certain distance, the receiving body 8 detects it and the protector 1; correctly foresees the passage of the metal wheel. In this manner, a wire extension work over a wide range is performed efficiently by a small number of people, because the speed of a winding engine can be reduced with good timing and the metal wheel can be operated so as to pass through the protector easily.</p> |
