PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous function under transient state by receiving an electrical amount equivalent to one for operating an operational amount as an input and overriding the output from an operation judging circuit based on level judgment of operation result fed from another operational amount operating circuit which operates the operational amount with quicker transient response than one operation amount operating circuit. CONSTITUTION:An operational amount operating circuit 20 receives the same electrical amount as for an operational amount operating circuit 6 to operate an operational amount 21 and comprises a circuit having quicker response of operation result to the fluctuation of the input electrical amount as compared with the circuit 6. The operational amount 21 is employed in the detection of recovery from fault and does not require high accuracy and thereby an operational circuit having quick response can be employed with no restriction on the operational accuracy. A level judging circuit 22 compares the operational amount 21 with a judging level K1 and when the former is lower, output 23 is brought to '0' and an AND circuit 24 overrides the output from an operation judging circuit 9 thus resetting the relay output. |
