PURPOSE:To enable the displaying of a degree of progress of training quickly and easily by a bio feedback even in a smaller apparatus by incorporating a function of allowing continuous measurement of a blood pressure data and a pulse data, a function of comparing a data measured and a target data preset to display results and the like into a smaller apparatus always portable. CONSTITUTION:A detecting section 6 is provided at a right side part of a wrist watch case 1 to detect a blood pressure from a finger tip inserted. A right finger tip is inserted into the blood pressure detecting section 6 to achieve a bio measurement of maximum and minimum blood pressures (a measurement aimed at a feedback by which bio information of maximum and minimum blood pressures and the like and the results of measurement are reported to improve bio condition at the subsequent measurement as compared with the present measurement) and the maximum and minimum blood pressure values are displayed sequentially at each 10 sec. When the value of a blood pressure data is equal to or lower than a set blood pressure data stored previously in an RAM 15 by comparison, an alarm section 16 is driven to generate a buzzer sound thereby informing of yielding higher effect. |
