PURPOSE:To easily clean each roll after kneading in a short time by providing a power source for impressing a voltage having such a polarity that a kneaded recording material is finally moved to a finishing roll between rolls. CONSTITUTION:A first kneading roll 1 is turned, the spacing between the kneading roll 1 and a second kneading roll 2 is determined, and the roll 1 is fixed. A switch is then turned on, hence the rolls 1 and 2 are rotated in direction of the arrow in a specified circumferential speed ratio, and a recording material 9 is kneaded. When kneading is finished, the speed of the rolls 1 and 2 are reduced, and a finishing roll 3 is approached to the roll 2. A blade 4 is simultaneously brought into contact with the finishing roll 3, and power sources 5 and 6 are also turned on. As a voltage V1 is impressed between the rolls 1 and 2, the recording material 9 between the rolls 1 and 2 are moved to the roll 2, and then to the roll 3 because a voltage V2 is impressed between the rolls 2 and 3. The recording material 9 moved on the finishing roll 3 is scraped off by the blade 4. |
