<p>PURPOSE:To allow a maintenance personnel to avoid a trouble of visiting to a machine room on the occurrence of a fault and to receive detailed information on a fault from a center by providing a remote console to the center so as to allow the center to control an equipment main body remotely. CONSTITUTION:Several fault notice destinations are registered in advance at system configuration and when a fault notice destination is busy or does not reply, the destination is bypassed. Moreover, a communication adaptor 4 is selected so that a remote console 3 controls an equipment main body 1. The equipment main body 1 on the occurrence of a fault informs the remote console 3 of the center of fault information via a telephone network to interrupt the line. A maintenance personnel resident in the center calls the equipment main body 1 from the remote console 3 depending on the notice content. When a reply comes from the equipment main body 1, the maintenance personnel receives fault detailed information by the operation of the remote console 3 and interrupts the line.</p> |
