<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a beautiful colored film other than black having a uniform hue by forming the colored film composed of a composition prepared by compounding a base resin and a specific color dye in a predetermined compounding ratio within a specific thickness. CONSTITUTION:A chromate film with chromium adhesion amount of 10-200mg/m<2> is formed to a zinc or zinc alloy plated surface. Next, an org. solvent-soluble thermosetting resin is used as a base resin and a colored film with 0.3-3.0mum thickness is formed from a composition prepared by compounding 1-200 pts.wt. of an org. solvent-soluble dye as an azo dye or a quinoline dye as a colorant with 100 pts.wt. of the base resin. If necessary, 1-100 pts.wt. of a solid lubricant such as polyolefin wax and/or 1-100 pts.wt. of granular corrosion-resistant pigment such as hardly soluble chromium compound may be compounded with this colored film. By this method, a colored steel plate having a uniform hue and excellent in corrosion resistance, close adhesiveness and processability is obtained.</p> |
