PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare a document of a nature which fits the purpose by automatically converting the literary style of a document in accordance with the relation with a reader side. CONSTITUTION:This document preparing system is constituted of processing logic sections 11-14 for setting conditions at the time of inputting documents, a KANA (Japanese syllabary) - KANJI (Chinese character) conversion processing logic section 15, electronic dictionary section 16, literary style processing section 17, and display processing section 18. When a document is prepared, the aimed document is prepared by setting the attribute data of the document writing and reading sides, relation between the writing and reading sides, and kind of the document as required and selecting the optimum example of phrases used in the document from a dictionary 16 in accordance with a set item. Therefore, the aimed document can be efficiently prepared. |
