PURPOSE:To simplify the office work processing and to increase the processing speed by sending the document such as a contract turnover assessment table where the known information obtained previously is written to the facsimile equipments of each workshop from a branch store through a VAN center and via a prescribed circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a contract turnover assessment table is sent, the contract information and the known information obtained from the payment result of the preceding month are transmitted from a decentralized computer 3 through an exclusive circuit. The center 7 converts the data received from a branch store 1 into the facsimile images and allotted to the facsimile equipments 11 of each workshop 10. At the workshop 10 a document (assessment table) 20 outputted from the equipment 11 is copied based on the invoice of an optional form presented from the trade. Then the items of the present percentage or the present turnover amount can be written on a sent document. As a result, the number of stamps is decreased and the document processing is simplified. |
