PURPOSE:To efficiently make diagnoses of patients and prepare clinical charts by quickly and manually inputting diagnostic information by using an inputting means, such as stylus pen, etc., and preparing the clinical charts by means of an electronic means. CONSTITUTION:This electronic clinical chart preparing device is used by a medical doctor for collecting data obtained from a patient as a result of a diagnosis into a clinical chart by means of an electronic means and is provided with a stylus pen 1, integrated input-output tablet 2, main body 3 containing a control processing means, and picture display 4. When the medical doctor quickly and manually inputs diagnostic information of the patient by using the stylus pen 1 while the doctor makes a diagnosis on the patient, the electronic means prepares the clinical chart of the patient. Therefore, the medical doctor can efficiently make the diagnosis of the patient and prepare the clinical chart of the patient. |
