<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a pertinent guidance for plant operation so as to improve the reliability of the plant operation by inferring the status of a plant by taking the predicted value of each process into account. CONSTITUTION:An operation system is constituted of a transmission input device 1, process data base 2, predicted model simulator 3, fault tree inferring mechanism 4, knowledge data base 5, corresponding operation terminal deciding tolerance checking section 6, knowledge data base 7, guidance processing section 8, man-machine processing section 9, typewriter 10, and CRT 11. The system calculates the predicted value of each process on the basis of inputted plant data, performs an inferring process for calculating the future status of a plant on the basis of the past and current values, and outputs a guidance obtained on based on the results of the inference process. Therefore, a pertinent guidance can be provided and the reliability of plan operation can be improved.</p> |
