<p>PURPOSE:To control the short-circuited allocation processing time and the generation of unnecessary allocation state by executing the processing allocating plural jobs to the identical resource before the detail allocation between individual job and resource. CONSTITUTION:Means 4 and 5 are provided to arrange the noted element and the other element according to the information representing the end state of the noted element from among plural elements which belong to a first collection and information representing the start state of the other element and to allocate these arranged couples of elements to one element which belongs to a second collection. A job couple with the prescribed state relation is allocated to the resource previous to the allocation for job and resource to the individual ones. Therefore, after a pair of jobs is allocated to one resource, the detail allocation can be performed. Thus, the possibility of generating the unnecessary allocation is reduced, and the time necessary for the allocation processing is shortened to obtain efficient allocation result.</p> |
