PURPOSE:To make easy the manufacture of diaphragm plate for speaker, by adopting the tape of zigzag shape. CONSTITUTION:The tape 1 is made in zigzag shape, and it is bonded on the flat tape 2 to form the core raw material 3. Next, a number of core raw materials 3 are arranged in flat and the core member 5 is made by bonding and it is cut off in matching with the shape of diaphragm plate. Surface members 6, 6' are bonded on the surface of the core member to be cut off to manufacture flat shape diaphragm plate.
